On4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and on4d ("Platform", "We") governing your use of all services, games and features available on the on4d website at on4d.xyz.

• You have never been banned or barred from on4d for fraud, violation of terms, or conduct detrimental to the platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) on4d account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — even under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — constitute a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. on4d reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and may request supporting documentation where necessary.

• Your on4d account password is your exclusive responsibility. Use a strong combination and never share it with anyone.
• All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you report unauthorised access to us immediately.
• For added security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your on4d account settings.
• Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential at all times.

If you become aware of or suspect that your on4d account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the on4d support team immediately via email at support@on4d.xyz so that prompt security measures can be taken.

On4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, daily cashback, weekly reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events such as the EPL, Malaysia Super League, Thomas Cup, and more. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to withdrawable cash by fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• on4d reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unfair means, including the use of multiple accounts or system exploitation.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• on4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, even if the promotion is still within its stated period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on markets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward fulfilling wagering requirements, depending on the specific terms of the promotion in question.

All bets placed on on4d are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules for each sport type or casino game are available in the game guide section on the on4d platform.

• The minimum bet across all game categories on on4d is RM 5 per bet.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member. Please review your bet slip carefully before final confirmation.
• on4d reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where in-play betting is not permitted for that event, or where a technical issue has affected the display of odds.
• For Sports Betting, if a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned.
• For accumulator bets, if any leg is voided, that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the payout will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.
• In the event of a technical error or human error in the display of odds on on4d, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return funds to the member.

To keep the on4d platform fair, safe and enjoyable for all members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violations of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or using multiple accounts by the same individual to gain bonus advantages or circumvent betting limits.
• The use of automated software, bots, programs, or other technical tools to exploit the system or automate betting on on4d.
• Collusion between two or more members to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit the on4d bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Any attempt to hack, damage or interfere with the security or integrity of on4d's systems.
• Use of the on4d platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with on4d.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards on4d support staff or other members in any community space on the platform.

On4d members are free to close their account at any time through account settings or by contacting the on4d support team. Before closing, please ensure all balances have been withdrawn, as accessing any remaining funds after closure will require an additional identity verification process.

On4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member in question has:

• Violating any provision of these Terms or other on4d policies.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, on4d reserves the right to forfeit all balances and bonuses held in that account. Members whose accounts are closed for this reason are not permitted to register a new account with on4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on4d shall not be liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred by a member arising from:

• Any disruption or unavailability of the on4d platform arising from scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Betting outcomes that members feel are inaccurate or dispute based on their own personal interpretation of the game rules.
• Any errors, omissions or delays in the display of odds, scores or match information that are not under the direct control of on4d.
• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting decisions on the on4d platform.

On4d takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and use of the platform is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, payment processing and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

On4d does not sell, transfer, or disclose members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without member consent. • These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the channels designated by on4d.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• on4d's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and on4d regarding use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
